FAQ: How do I purchase this pump once I receive the quote? Complete the order process (place pump in the cart and continue with checkout). At the completion you have the option to choose payment with Paypal or Print and Call. You will simply pay for the amount quoted with either Paypal or Visa or Mastercard over the phone.

FAQ: How long will it take to receive my pump? If the pump is in stock it will ship out right away via FEDEX GROUND to continental US, shipping is 3-5 business days from FL. If you live in outside CONT US or in CANADA it will ship USPS Priority and there is a $15 fee. If the pump is out of stock it takes approx. 1 week to receive in stock.

FAQ: Are these pumps brand new? Yes, absolutely. They are brand new, sealed and covered under manufacturer warranty (1 year on motor, 90 days on parts). You will receive a receipt with warranty information.

FAQ: What is your return policy? There are no returns or refunds. If you have a problem with your pump Medela will take care of it within the warranty period.

FAQ: Do you ship internationally? We do ship to Canada via USPS Priority International for an extra fee of $15. All customs payments are paid by customer at time of pick up. We will consider shipping to other countries, please contact us regarding which country you are in and we will give you a shipping quote.
