    Answer:

    The tubing should be coiled and placed horizontally (flat) in the bottom of the Micro-Steam bag, not upright or vertically. It is safe to put two tubes in the Micro-Steam bags. It is important to make sure enough water (4 ounces) is added and that the microwave is set for the correct amount of time. You should have a turn-table in the microwave and make sure that the bag does not tip over. If so, this may cause both pieces of tubing to melt.
