At this time, Mother's Best Breastpumps ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States(and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping carrier is United States Postal Service except for larger items which are usually shipped Fedex Ground. Free shipping on orders over $40. Free shipping applies to instock items only. To qualify for free shipping, all items in order must ship complete. Breastpumps ship free via Fedex Ground (cont. US only) or $15 more for USPS Priority. Canadian orders must use the USPS Priority shipping method ($15) for breastpump purchases.

Mother's Best Breastpumps must charge 6.5% sales tax for merchandise ordered from within the state of Florida
- Warranties
All items purchased are covered under Medela's manufacturer warranty. (90 day for parts and 1 year on breastpump motors, 3 years on hospital grade pumps).
- Return Policy
Due to hygienic reasons, no returns are accepted on opened items. If an item is found to be defective, it may be exchanged through Medela under warranty period described.
